Butterscotch Cake

Ingredients

Aditi Marvel Bake Mix+ - 250g

Egg - 3 nos

Water - 3 Tbs (45 ml)

Aditi Sunflower Oil - 3 Tbs ( 45 ml approx.)

Butterscotch Sauce - 1 1/2 cup

Butterscotch Sauce

Butter - 1/4 cup (50 g)

Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup

Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup

Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp

Salt - 1 pinch

Nuts - As per required

Butterscotch Sauce Preparation

  • Add brown sugar and butter into a pan and melt.

  • Add fresh cream to above and mix until sugar melts completely.

  • Add vanilla extract and salt and mix well

  • Keep aside and cool.

Cake Preparation

  • Add Bake Mix+, egg, water and sunflower oil in a bowl.

  • Beat the mix in slow speed for 1 min. and then in medium speed for 2 mins.

  • Add 1/2 cup of butterscotch sauce blend uniformly.

  • Pour into pan bake at 180°C for 35-40 mins. till baked and cool

  • Pour remaining butterscotch sauce on top of the cake.

  • Top with nuts.
