
Cinnamon and Raisin Cake (Bar Cake)

Ingredients
Aditi Marvel Bake Mix+ - 250 g
Egg - 4 nos.
Water - 4 Tbs (60 ml)
Butter - 4 1/2 Tbs (65 g)
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Raisin - 1 cup
Preparation Method

Chop the raisins and mix with a cinnamon powder.

Add Bake Mix+, egg, water and butter in a bowl.

Beat the mix in slow speed for 1 min. and then in medium speed for 2 mins.

Add cinnamon and raisin mix into the batter and mix/unfold uniformly.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan

Bake at 180°C for 35-40 mins. or until baked.
*Note: Ideal pan size for the given recipe will be 8.5*3.5*3 (length * breadth * height) inches (loaf pan)
