Cinnamon and Raisin Cake (Bar Cake)


Aditi Marvel Bake Mix+ - 250 g

Egg - 4 nos.

Water - 4 Tbs (60 ml)

Butter - 4 1/2 Tbs (65 g)

Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 Tsp

Raisin - 1 cup

Preparation Method

  • Chop the raisins and mix with a cinnamon powder.

  • Add Bake Mix+, egg, water and butter in a bowl.

  • Beat the mix in slow speed for 1 min. and then in medium speed for 2 mins.

  • Add cinnamon and raisin mix into the batter and mix/unfold uniformly.

  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan

  • Bake at 180°C for 35-40 mins. or until baked.

*Note: Ideal pan size for the given recipe will be 8.5*3.5*3 (length * breadth * height) inches (loaf pan)
