Cinnamon Crumb Cake


Aditi Marvel Bake Mix+ - 250 g

Eggs - 3 nos.

Water - 4 Tbs (60 ml)

Aditi Sunflower Oil - 4 Tbs (45 ml approx.)

Granulated White Sugar - 1/4 cup

Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup

Melted Butter - 2 Tbs (30 g)

Cinnamon Powder - 1 Tsp

Maida - 1 1/2 Tbs

Preparation Method

  • Add Bake Mix+, egg, water and sunflower oil in a bowl.

  • Beat the mix in slow speed for 1 min. and then in medium speed for 2 mins.

  • In another bowl, mix granulated white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, powder, melted butter, and maida to get get crumble mix.

  • Pour half of the cake batter into a greased tray.

  • Sprinkle half of the crumble mixture.

  • Pour remaining cake batter and top with the remaining crumb.

  • Bake at 180°C for 35-40 mins. or until baked.

*Note: Ideal pan size for the given recipe will be 8.5*3.5*3 (length * breadth * height) inches (loaf pan)
