Pineapple Upside Down

Ingredients

Aditi Marvel Bake Mix+ - 250g

Egg - 3 nos.

Water - 3 Tbs (45ml)

Aditi Sunflower Oil - 

3 Tbs (45ml approx)

Sliced Pineapple (Round) - 8-10 slices
Chopped Pineapple - 1/4 cup

Red Cherry - 10-15 nos.

Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup

Butter - 2 Tbs (30 ml approx)

Pan Preparation

  • Grease pan with 2 Tbs/30g of butter.

  • Sprinkle brown sugar into the pan.

  • Arrange pineapple slices in the bottom and sides of pan.

  • Arrange cherries in the center of pineapple in bottom and sides of pan.

Preparation Method

  • Add Bake Mix+, egg, water, sunflower oil and chopped pineapples in a bowl.

  • Beat the mix in slow speed for 1 min. and then in medium speed for 2 mins.

  • Pour it into the decorated pan and bake at 180°C for 35-40 mins. til baked and cool for 5 mins.

  • Invert the pan and remove cake from pan upside down.

  • Cool and serve

*Note: Ideal pan size for the given recipe will be 8 inch round pan
