Red Velvet Cheese Cake Brownie

Ingredients

Aditi Marvel Red Velvet Bake Mix - 250g

Unsalted Butter (Melted) - 100g

Eggs - 3 nos

Aditi Sunflower Oil - 3 Tbs ( 45 ml approx.)

Cream Cheese - 200g 

Powdered Sugar - 1/3 cup

Vanilla extract - 1 Tsp

Preparation

  • In a bowl beat together Red velvet bake mix , 2 eggs, melted butter and sunflower oil until mixed well.

  • Pour the batter into prepare pan (Reserve 1/3 cup of the batter for topping)

  • For the cheesecake layer, blend together cream cheese, 1 egg, sugar and vanilla extract.

  • Pour this mixture evenly over the cake batter.

  • Dollop the remaining batter on top of the cheese mixture and make a rough pattern with a tooth pick

  • Bake at 180°C for 30 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
